BELLAWOOD- 1/2" x 3-1/4" Brazilian Koa Prefinished Engineered Flooring- 100 Year Warranty!
We Redefined Quality, Again. We set the quality standard by introducing a groundbreaking finish so tough it allowed us to offer one of the first 50 year warranties. Others followed. So, we raised the bar again. Now Bellawood is backed by a Certified 100 Year Transferable Warranty that covers you and generations to come.
The distinctive orange coloring and deep brown striping make Brazilian Koa one of the most unique and exotic species available on the market today. And its durability is simply outstanding, resulting in a "not-so-everyday" floor that will stand up year after year to life's everyday demands.
Bellawood Engineered Hardwood Floors feature a multi-ply cross-layered wood core and a solid 3 mm thick veneer(dry-sawn top layer). This construction design offers more dimensional stability for wide planks, making them less susceptible to the climatic effects of moisture or dryness.
Other benefits of Bellawood Engineered Hardwood Floors include:
- Easy installation directly on slab, subfloor, linoleum, or tile.
Best of all, Bellawood Engineered Hardwood Floors feature a Lifetime Structural Warranty and 100 Year Bellawood Finish Warranty!

Q:can this be installed on plywood with radiant heat piping below the plywood?
A:This is not radiant heat approved.
Q:We had Brazilian Koa installed in our previous home, and it was beautiful! Everyone wanted to know what type of wood it was. We loved it, except for one thing. I understand that you cannot use room size rugs that partially cover the floor, because the light that shines in changes the colors (which is part of the beauty), but if it is covered with anything, rugs, large baskets, etc., the light cannot get to that portion. When you move the rug or whatever was covering the floor, there is a definite difference between the bare floor and the covered portions. Is there anything you can do to prevent this problem?
A:Unfortunately the natural patina process cannot be prevented.
Q:What kind of wood floor can I put down on cconcrete and over ceramic tile
A:You can find complete installation instructions on our product pages by clicking on the installation tab and then clicking on - Installation Guide.
Q:How thick is the veneer or Wear layer?
A:This engineered flooring has a 3.5 mm veneer layer on the surface.
Q:Is this flooring compatible with radiant heat?
A:This product is not recommended for radiant heat as of now. I have attached a list of SKU#'s of Bellawood Engineer floors that are recommended for radiant heat. I hope this helps.
Q:bellawood SKU#10023457 May I ask which country this product was manufactured in. Thank You.
A:This is a product of the Taiwan.
Q:Does this engineered hardwood have a 10 year warranty or 100? The website says 10 year.
A:This has 100 year warranty!
Q:What the difference between hard wood and bellawood-engineered-hardwood?
A:Generally hardwood is made from a solid piece of wood whereas Engineered flooring is made by actually adhering real hardwood to multiple layers of plywood or Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) core and can be refinished. How many times will depend on the thickness of the veneer or top wear layer and finding someone knowledgeable enough to handle the work. Engineered floors are perfect for radiant heat and below grade installations.
